When you log into Xoops, you go to a page that thanks you for logging in.

I have seen people modify that page.

Where can I find that page in my files? What is the file name?

it's in

yourdomain.com/modules/system/templates/system_redirect.html

you can change the look of the html file.. then, update your system module... it's will look nice.. take a look at mysite..
