For community sites (at least) it would be Way Cool if the admin could fill out a list of emails that, when registred, should automatically be assigned to a special group.

Say you have a Game/football/gymnastics/your_favorite site, and you know the emails of most or all of the members going into the Group 'Game Group'.

Then on the 'Game Group' admin page, you fill in a text area with 'email1|email2|email3|' etc.. and when the person with email1 signs up, s/he is auto-added to the group.

We might even be able to send special welcome text(s) in the email, or post a PM to the account when they have validated it.
