Does XOOPS have a karma or Friend/Foe system?

I am looking for a CMS that has a Karma like system or Friend/Foe system for its Bulletin Board. Specifically with features that allow messages to be filtered based on those rating systems.

I believe that newbb2 will have those features.

A first attempt of a karma system will be in newbb2, which is currently in 4th beta version on dev.xoops.org

I don't know if it will be with all the bells and whistles, you want, but I'm sure that Predator, phppp & co. will be happy to hear new suggestions.
