Custom Blocks for Anonymous Users

Hi

I am wanting to add Custom Blocks for Anonymous Users to view, but every time I add a new custom block it only comes up on the Registered Users. How do I add Custom Blocks for Anonymous Users.

I have changed Show blocks visible in Group to be Anonymous Users and tried adding a custom block. Help Please :)

Create the block
then go to System Admin -> Groups
edit the Anonymous Users Group and assign Block Access Rights to the custom block

You may want to uncheck the access right to registered users by editing Registered User Group, if you want to show block only to the anonymous users.

Xoops, by default, always assigns the access right to the registerd users when you create blocks.

thank you very much! I had the same problem :)! Spent for it couple hours and finnaly :) i found answer here in forum :)!
