I am unable to attach files to a new or edited news item (using News 1.2 module).

I have checked the permissions of the module and ensured that webmasters and registered users can submit, and they are all ticked. I have gone into the main preferences of the module and ensured the setting ' Authorized Groups to Upload' = Submitters and Approvers, and I have made the news module folder writeable (we on an Intranet so security not that vital).

Still no go. Whenever I click submit I can the error 'File could not be attached to article' as a php looking error, then underneath is the XOOPS notification that says 'News Item submitted'. The file sizes are also below the maximum upload limit.

Odly, when I look in the uploads folder, the files are there, so they are being uploaded, just not being attached to the news article.

Any ideas?
