What function is it that turns the text format stuff like this:

size=xx-large color=FF0000 font=Georgia Special Characters /font /color /size"

into html like this: Special Characters

Is this a function of smarty and the html comes out from the template?

Is there a XOOPS function that returns html format when given this special formatted stuff?

Please give details, I'm new at this...

[Edit]

I figured it out on my own (Finally), using MyTextSanitizer->displayTarea()
Pretty cool...

Thanks
