How do I change this message when you click on Sections?

I think it will just be a matter of altering the default text in the index.php page - in the module directory.

However, before you do anything of the sort - please ensure you have a backup of the original module.

(I suspect a cleverer person than myself may give you a better explanation shortly... so please wait before following my advice! :))

The wording you speak of is defined in modules/sections/language/english/main.php. So edit that file and re-define _MD_HEREUCANFIND. There are a lot of other definitions you can change in that file as well. Hope that helps.
