Can I use the security patch without updating to 2.0.7 ?

I don't want to update to version 2.0.7 because I do many changes to the original files . Can I update the security only ?

I think you can, yes. The upgrade/ file and common.php are esential in that. In the patch package there is a diff folder where you can find the changes made to every file, which may be a good thing to look into, and see which bugs you want to fix and which ones you will leave as they are.

There's another important one in class/uploader.php (I think you can use the 2.0.7 one with any 2.0.x release, but its untested so keep a copy of the actual one just in case).
