I created a custom block (content = a php script) but i don't want to show it on any of the default XOOPS pages (newspage, downloads, links etc).
Is it possible to make a page with only this block as content ?

Try http://wiki.xoops.org/wakka.php?wakka=XoopsStaticContent to see if that solution will help.

I use this extensively and with 3rd party scripts like movable type and a php/sql based guestbook.
