I dont understand what is going on with my XOOPS site. I have put in a new theme but i wanted to change the footer, so i went to the theme.html file, changed the footer and then uploaded the file, but nothing has changed. I refreshed the page, made sure the file was definatly up there.

Am i missing a really stupid step or something?

2 options:

Go into admin and check the box to automatically update template changes,

or

log into your domain via ftp and delete the theme.html on the template_c/ folder.
