just got heads up from ace_armstrong that there are ... following my profile signature so my url comes up http://www.mindhealth.ca... i cannot edit this out. any ideas?

Yes, you can, by not just using the url as text, but by specifying it like [ url=http://mindhealth.ca]www.mindhealth.ca[ /url] (sans the spaces of course)
