I would like to rename modules from mydownloads to downloads, newbb to fourm ect. How can i do this?

Do u mean as in the menu or overall?

You can rename modules within the module page in the admin area. Just type in the new name for the module and then press submit.

You would also need to make adjustments to the language files

hey guys,

newbb and mydownloads in the above example are directory names. to change newbb to forums you would not have to overwrite the directory, yes or no? be very careful if this is the case as you would have to edit quite a few documents and upgrading would also be an issue.

to simply change in menu edit language files. i usually just edit the item from MySQL tables.
