Unless the module is critical you should disable it or set it to only a trusted group until you fix it.
What is wrong I can't say. Some things to look at: you might copy the files again and Update the module (maybe upgrade to the latest version). Your language files don't seem to be complete. Did you hack any code yourself? Is the .css file(s) o.k.?
Then if you don't get anywhere you should look at the author's site (in the readme.txt). If you allow anonymous to shout then you are asking for trouble if the security isn't 100%.
