I think i have a problem between my keyboard and chair...LOL...


No errors during installation of newest release of XOOps 2 hrs ago...i connect as ADMIN user and I am able to get to ADMIN functions....I am trying to setup what I want PUBLIC or anonymous users to see on my page without logging on....


Can someone with more experience give me some guidance on how to set this up correctly in Blocks Administration tool??? there is no FM to RTFM.

But I want my site to show ALL blocks to anon users...just to test that it works...

I think you need to visit administration menu/system/groups/anonymous users, check the boxes for the modules you want them to access and the blocks you want them to see.

Thanks MadFish....I did that and the catch was --- you have to populate something in the module B4 it will display....more to learn....

Now to figure out how to add a new module like Downloads, except not for downloads...rather listing company info like http://www.business.com....
