| by ghia on 2010/9/20 23:17:38 Any messages in debug? The release notes explain the upgrade process for the XOOPS core. A try with a restored backup on a local system or subdomain or subdirectory may reveal the problems to resolve for the upgrade. |

Thanks for the tip ghia. I compared the settings in the file, but it matches the settings on the server. I guess i'll have to do a major upgrade of the system and modules. Any good tutorials on how to do this so i preserve the site content? |

| by shulchi on 2010/9/20 10:50:08 So i was running my Xoops page nice and well until my host provider recently updated PHP to version 5.2.14 without mentioning and now all i get is a blank page. Went through the steps in https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=80, sadly nothing worked. My option now is to update XOOPS to the latest version, but i don't know which version i have installed since all the pages are blank. i can access all the files on FTP and MySQL. please help |
