I might give the RC12 a go and see what happens. This must be a nightmare for new users lol

XOOPS Version XOOPS 2.5.7.2
PHP Version 5.3.29

I tried to install the latest RC and it said that I needed xoops 2.5.8 so I tried to upgrade my xoops core and got blank pages during the upgrade with no errors - just blank pages.

I understand the necessity for testing the latest version to get it released, but the latest NewBB version doesn't work on the latest stable xoops version.

I just need a working version for a production site to get me going at the moment.

Is this not possible?

Hi, where would I find the latest stable non RC version of NewBB? Github seams to only have RC versions but I need a stable version for a production site.

I have been a Xoopser for quite a while and 90% of the websites I build are Xoops websites. I would love to contribute but I have never really got into it. I did a test project on MyLinks with Zyspec and he was really cool but I think I may have been a little over excited and maybe a little annoying. But I really enjoyed the whole process and experience. I'm not a coder and I don't understand PHP and the whole thing that makes it work, but I know a little bit of html and I have W3Schools at my doorstep (which I love and use a lot). I don't have any php experience and to be honest I don't even like it but love it at the same time. I only have a few hours a week to spare but I would love to spend those hours productively. This is my shitty resume, hope to get a job LOL

Cheers,
Marty

Hi, just wondering if anyone has the knowledge or the time to help with the css code to make form input text boxes responsive, like the contact form for example.

I was hoping Angelo would reply, but I think he may be away.

This theme looks and functions extremely well and is only let down with the form input text boxes. I have looked everywhere and just can't find where and what css to add.

Thanks for your time,
Marty

Hi, I just updated my theme to 1.03

My form boxes are not responsive like in the demo. Has this code been left out of the download? If so, how do I go about making form text input boxes responsive?

Cheers,
Marty.

Just updated to 1.8.1 and all works well when using from PC but doesn't work when using from mobile.

"Error: Your email is not valid"

Turned on debug and no errors...

I thought maybe it was bootstrap so tried several themes and still got the same result.

I did find that if I was logged in with default theme it worked on mobile but if not logged in it failed. If logged in with bootstrap theme it failed.

Any help would be fantastic.

Cheers,
Marty

to change the contact button you need to put this part of code in the style.css
buttonhtml input[type=button], input[type=reset], input[type=submit] {

}

Sorry, I haven't replied sooner as I've been very busy with other projects.

This worked perfectly, thank you Bleekk

Cheers,
Marty.
