Blank page after transfer to other web hosting

I transfered several sites from one web server to other and it looks this only one have problems. This was Xoops 2.4.4. and I get only blank page on index page.
I can login with user.php, and go to admin.php then, even use some options in admin part. I tried to upgrade to 2.5.3 but after that everything is even worse than before.
Now I can't use module administration nor upgrade modules.

I tried to upload multimenu again but nothing changed.

So this is my configuration:
Xoops 2.4.4 (when I transfered)
Xoops 2.5.3 (after upgrade process)
PHP 5.3.8
MySQL 5.1.56
Apache 2.2.21

Maybe someone can see what cause this problem.

I found this problem on my another xoops site. I can't belive that only I have this problem. Maybe it's related to my server because I move all my sites to server with newest php and mysql

I finnaly find some time to test xTRANSAM v1.16 and also find this noncense. I do manual translation of (just one file this time) admin.php from system module and when I click on build file base all "translations" are in english

If I go again to manual translation in xtransam everithing is normal there. So error must be somewhere in this build file base process. Please fix this because this is now useless tool

Also, Auto Translate now doesn't do any translation on translations already used in manual mode, this is bug or feature?

It looks manual translation and building of file base is working.
Only error I get is:

Not sure if this has something with final translations, but maybe you can check what is all baout?

PS. I got my second son few weeks ago so I'm all in child works right now. Hope, my translation to croatian will come next week.

Please include manual translation option also. So we don't need to bother you if another automatic translation api fails.

Captcha dissapear

Last few days (maybe related to my latest transfer from last hosting provider to new) I had tons of spammer registrations into my xoops portal www.5net.hr
After I tried to register I found out that there isn't any new code from user profile module with captcha at end of it, but only old xoops version of registration without captcha.
I tried to upgrade from 2.5.0 to 2.5.3 to resolve this problem. Upgrade system, user profile and pm module, but this didn't help.
I'm using new hosting (my VPS server), so maybe I didn't configure something right in PHP.ini or something else (I'm quite new to VPS).

News 1.66 can't install with mysql 5.5.16

Today I found out that I can't install news 1.66 (and also tadnews_1.2_tad module) at my local WAMP server.
This is error message:

My WAMP server versions:
WampServer 2.2a [26/09/10]
Includes :
- Apache 2.2.21
- Php 5.3.8
- Mysql 5.5.16
- XDebug 2.1.2
- XDC 1.5
- PhpMyadmin 3.4.5

I was testing this because I'm setting new web online production server where I will set latest version of PHP and MySQL. I will install several Xoops sites there.
Can anyone help here?
News module is must-have module for all my xoops sites.
