I'm working on that site rebuild right now

localhost WampServer Version 3.0.0 64bit

XOOPS Version XOOPS 2.5.7.2
PHP Version 5.6.16
mySQL Version 5.7.9

XOOPS2.5.7_mod_publisher_1.02_Beta3_xoops

I installed Publisher, cloned it and installed the clone

Set the preferences and permissions

created a category

All with no problems

but, when I try to create an article, nothing happens

I click on submit and nothing happens

And there are no errors

Any ideas?

I tried xnewsletter and it won't install

I'm still having a problem with the blocks.

The random H block shows if you're logged in but doesn't show it you're not logged in. It's the only block I'm having a problem with.

And the setting is to show for all

I think the problem is in themes/xbootstrap/tpl/rightBlock.html or rightBlock.tpl

I cleared the caches and that didn't do anything

I should note that the title "Latest Headlines" appeared as a title UNTIL I put the block on top of it

And when I move the other block and "Latest Headlines" is again the top block, the header "Latest Headlines" is again a title and not a clickable link
