I know that now. the problem that I am having is that even though I re-upload the whole system folder, I am still unable to create custom blocks.

Is there a way to sort this out once for all?

Hello,

I have deleted few of the built-in blocks (as I do not use them) Now I cannot create any Custom block!!! all I get is a blank page with module administration...
Would appreciate some help!

Hello,

I have just installed the userpoint module and I think it's great! but I have ran into a small problem. my userpoint block is showing the wrong date... user class since 1970/../.. when click to see the whole list of users ... it's the right date! I have tried to modify the thing but there are no template for it ... all I would like to do is either change the date to the right one or just get rid of the class since .. altogether.

I would appreciate some help on this.

Hello,

How can get all new posts in my forum to be associated with my members logon ID.
So, whatever PC you view the forum on, new posts are always shown since your last logon.
For example, if I view my website at home and read all the new posts, then go into work the next day, only 'new' posts (since my last login) will show up.

I suspect that XOOPS is governed by cookies. This means that if I review all the new posts one evening at home, then go into work, my work PC will show all unread messages because I have not read them on that machine.

If you use one machine, it's no problem. If you use more than one, it's a nightmare.


could someone please shed some light on this?

Hello,

I am using the default theme of xoops, but I do have a problem with the topic option, I want it to be set to click or totally disabled. I dont really know if it is a theme problem or if there is an option to get rid of the topic option drop down menu...it seems more like an option that can be disabled and I just did not look proprely.

What I am trying to do is simple, it's just that i have got my stupid hat on tonight I am using the recent post block, like in here, When I click on more.. the posts are not ordered the same way as in here.

so how can i get my new posts to display like in xoops.org

Thank you for the prompt reply.

The problem that I have is that when you log in/out add news... post ..the whole theme goes funny when it's redirecting you. and that is what I am trying to get rid off.
