Cannot Add cutom Blocks

Hello,

I have deleted few of the built-in blocks (as I do not use them) Now I cannot create any Custom block!!! all I get is a blank page with module administration...
Would appreciate some help!

You should never delete system blocks. The one you want for custom blocks is systemblock_dummy.html (think that is spelled right). Update the system module in the modules administration page to try to reload the templates.

I know that now. the problem that I am having is that even though I re-upload the whole system folder, I am still unable to create custom blocks.

Is there a way to sort this out once for all?

Did you update the system module in modules administration?

It will reload the templates in the database.

Yes I did few time still having the same problem.

I have just discovered that this happens only when I try to install the user avatar hack
