How can i open another website inside my xoops website?
You can use "my-iframe" module. After setting up, entire website can be viewed and accessed in your own website. However you will have to adjust your website template a little bit. usually a three column template has smaller area in central column. So to view another website, you will have to scroll a lot.It's better to use two column template that may have navigation in one small column and bigger second column that will show another website without much scrolling effort.
