and/or
easyphp - http://www.easyphp.org/

Both are easy and have a documentation at the sites.

You select blocks to add to the blocks administration page in XOOPS 2.2x.

I would like to know if it's possible to use one XOOPS installation for more than one website. I read the manuals but could not find an answer.
