What is it?

This is a hack I'm using on my sites to convert Xoops urls into shorter
urls which can be indexed by Search Engines.

- Added support for Gzip. In theory pages should be transfered faster from
the server to your browser. I think it was already part of Xoops but got
disabled with the first version of this hack.
