Description:

Administration of blocks getting out of hand?

Do you want to let some of your moderators edit some blocks, but not all of them?
Do you want to control which blocks are created, but leave the maintenance to someone else?

This module simply adds group permissions to the block editing.
Users with the System permission for Blocks can add blocks and set permissions and module admins for this module can then edit them - according to said permissions.
