To minimize troubleshooting in patching and configuring Gallery to integrate it as a XOOPS RC3 module, I've created ready-to-install packages including Gallery v1.3, RC3 Onokazu's patch, NetPBM for differents OS, a little patch, and a simple HowTo with all informations needed to make Gallery work on most hosting plans, also if you have not root control on the server.
Eskuel... to admin your database directly from your Xoops site !!!
An alternative script to MySql Front or PhpMyAdmin has been launched a few weeks ago by 2 French Coders. His name :Eskuel... This script is so amazing that a french Xoops Community Member (Albnn) decided to integrate it into Xoops as a new module... It's now released and we tested it on Xoops France with success. Imagine: you can now admin your database from the admin menu of your Xoops Site. No more need to log on your host MySql admin interface !!! EsKuel for Xoops is to be installed as any other RC3 module and it is delivered with the French and English languages. You can download it on Xoops France Downloads Section or on the adaptator site :http://www.thenetspace.com and, if you prefer the original script (no Xoops modularized), go on the creators site: http://www.phptools4u.com Bugs report is welcome and the original authors are asking for translations... Enjoy...
This patch will enable Gallery at gallery.sourceforge.net to work as a module in XOOPS v1 RC3. This patch does not contain the original Gallery files, so you must first download them from gallery.sourceforge.net and then apply this patch.
Please follow the instruction written in XOOPS_README.txt for details.
