News hack: set expiry date
My first xoops module hack: added the option to set an expiry date to news posts to the Xoops news module.
There are still some small bugs (this IS my first hack, after all
), but you can test it here (use the news admin). You can find the modified news module here, but you need to manually add a db field in your prefix_stories table (int(10),NOT NULL, default value 0) for it to work properly.

Friend Finder 2.81 Bug Fix Released
They are coming thick and fast at the moment, another module update, this version release Friend Finder 2.81 had a bug in the search feature fixed and a hack to incororate Friend Finder into the Waiting Contents block to make it easier for Admins to see when there has been a submission.

Ok, after working with some great guys on testing the beta, I'm releasing My_eGallery for XOOPS into the wild. Please report any bugs to the forums. I'll try to find some time in the future to enhance this module with more features.

Downloading all the separate themes from Gordon's In (http://gordon.farsus.dk/ ) took a while, so in order to make it easier for you, I unpacked the lot and zipped them into one package.
Download them at http://www.smartsoftware.org - I require registration to download. The file is almost 10 Mb in size.

Ok, I've done a lot more hacking on this nice gallery module so that it should install out of the box with XOOPS. Please read the docs/install.txt and readme.txt before activating this module.
