I have been working on a IRC module for xoops 2.0 and it is nearly complete.

Converting your XOOPS1.x theme to work with XOOPS2
Old themes will work fine in XOOPS2, however some parts (for example, tables and forms) do not look very good as they were in XOOPS1.x. This is because we have removed the .bg1-5 and .fg1-5 classes from CSS and now using the following CSS classse as replacements:

Tutorials V2.1 is now finished. It runs under Xoops 1.3.x and 2.0.
Current features:
- Add, modify and delete as many as desired categories and subcategories inclusive appropriate picture and description
- Creation of groups in each category (optional)
- Add, modify and delete from Tutorials or other contents

x2 theme for xoops 2.0 totally upgraded!
Later of work a ton , and with the colaboration of aitor and a little of clean up of eric, the new X2 Theme are enhanced.

[ HERE ] can see the x2t theme working. (not added the double columns.
the instalation is really simple :
1 - Unzip in a local hard disk.
2 - Be sure that the xoops 2.0 have all the modules installed.
3 - Go to the theme manager and browse the theme ( x2t[xx-xx-2003].tar.gz )in you local hdd, proceed.
4 - into preferences change the theme to x2t theme.

XOOPS2 RC1 Released!
The wait is finally over and XOOPS2 RC1 is ready to take a beating. RC1 represents the first step towards the official release of XOOPS2. This release has undergone more refinements with the install and we've added some core enhancements that you, the XOOPS users suggested (see, we do listen!).
We would also like to take this opportunity to announce the launch of our new Wiki based documentation site at http://wiki.xoops.org/. We're still shy on some doc but, we'll be adding as time permits. PLEASE, PLEASE read the enclosed install doc (INSTALL.html) and the new installation or upgrade section of the Wiki as well. There is important information about the upgrade process at the Wiki that will help you with the install process.
Also, PLEASE don't consider this final for use on a production site. With XOOPS going into the RC stage, it won't be long before the final is release is ready and hopefully most of the critical bugs will be squished.
