XOOPS CHINA has been running XOOPS 2.2 for days
The XOOPS China Support site: https://xoops.org.cn has upgraded to XOOPS 2.2 Chinese version RC1.
So far so good!
The XOOPS China Suppor Team is working on XOOPS 2.2 Chinese Final Version and hope it will spead very quickly.
Several other modules by XOOPS China Dev Team:
1 WordPress 1.5 for XOOPS: Final version will be available in one week. If anyone has interest for internal test, plz leave me a message. For XOOPS 2.2 ONLY.
2 Article management: has been for internal test for months, public test was postponed due to XOOPS 2.2 development.

UM ModuleCreator v0.2Alfa
UM ModuleCreator is a new project with the goal to generate by a small form a basic module with interface for every field of database table. It fully use existing Xoops API and will be supported on Xoops 2.2 and higher.

Some XOOPS Documentation Available
Xoops.org recently recovered from a hackers attack to its server. Unfortunately the Documentation Site is still closed and documentation is still not available to the general user.
I have decided to host on My personal website some backup files that I had saved during the documentation editing process. This is only a small selection of the full documentation, but covers some of the essential reading and guides for Xoops CMS. We hope to restore the full documentation files as soon as possible.

this is a personal ask and request to all xoopswebmaster and xoopsfriends i learned the last years using xoops. This is what i want to archieve:
XOOPS factory webmasters ACT with XOOPS
the aim and goal is to have a database where non xoopser may look at some examples of xoops usage if xoops will fit the needs of their project and where xoopser may find interesting pages to get inspired. Xoops Sites can be introduced and news of xoops sites are published reported by the webmasters of xoops sites.
Xoops-Webmaster are invited to report:
- summary of content of their pages
- their experiences with xoops
- their thoughts about using xoops
- their site-news
- how they advertise their pages
- how they made their xoops unique
- how they get their modules customized
- at least .. what they did to get it work
