I have finally created 2 functions to place your BANNERS everywhere you want and to choose which BANNER to show!!!
Is very very simple. You have 3 options to place your BANNERS in blocks:
1. No banners preference: view random banner
2. Banner preference: view specific banner
3. Client preference: view specific client banner

Hello everybody,
I am pleased to announce the release of TDMDownloads 1.1.
This version fixes several bugs and brings some new features:
- The module supports the tagging system module 'TAG'.
- 2 options added in the preferences, the first to rename or not the uploaded file and the second to enter the prefix when the file is renamed.
- Added option "number of downloads per page in the administration."
- Fix a bug with the default editor of xoops (html display when editing).
- Fix a bug when deleting a category.
- Change management platforms (multi-menu selection) with the values defined in the preferences of the module.
- Added ability to rename the post and put the date of submission to date or not.
- Bug in the details of the votes in the admin, all votes were visible in all downloads.
- Fixed a bug in the admin for the download management when making a selection in the "waiting for validation", the filter brought on normal downloads.
- Added system information the last version
- Fixed French language files in uft-8
- Fixed script import Mydownloasd 1.6
- Fixed script import WF-Downloads 3.2 RC2
See lang_diff.txt file to define the new language.
To start the tags you find the plugin in the folder 'extra' (with another plugin
).As with any installation, I suggest you make a backup of your site.

Maitsco portal is a new free green xoops theme for portal and news websites.
I've integrated the effect: Featured Content Slider, and many others ones (pictures and headlines are from cnn news official website)
I also added an easy drop down menu in the header.
As always, the PSD files are included, and the theme is avaialble in 2 languages: Arabic (visit http://www.arabxoops.com to download it) and English
I hope you will like it and it will be useful for all xoopsers.

In October our most important event was the release of XOOPS 2.4.0. Also Wishcraft is back with several new and updated modules.
Highlights of the last month:
- XOOPS 2.4.0 FINAL Is Released
- XOOPS wins Grand Prize in OSS Challenge in Korea
- XOOPS Innovation Award - for people who create something very unique and innovative for XOOPS. This time the award goes to Lucio Rota (luciorota1) from Italy for his innovative work on modularized XOOPS Image Manager
- XOOPSer of the Month Award: is given to XOOPS members who show extraordinary dedication to XOOPS, and go the extra mile for XOOPS. This month, we we'll have a first time ever a team award, and it will go to members of the CK2 Club from Taiwan for their extraordinary work together as a team, and showing us how a XOOPS User Group could look like!
