It works, bu tit is a little glitchy, personaly it is ok, but it could be better.

Where can I download the PCPIN chat module ? I just now visted the above given link...but no link is available to download.
Is it a db based chat system ?
Can I compare xoopschat with PCPIN chat? What is the difference ? which one is best ?
BTW, I like your personal website, but unable to follow what exctly written there :)

Am I missing something or is this module very much *not* integrated with the XOOPS system?
-The chat room opens only after clicking language choice (already known to XOOPS system)
-The chat room system has no surrounding blocks; it exists on its own (unlike any other module i've seen, you have to click the browser's "back" button to go back to XOOPS system!)
-It doesn't adopt the current template skin!
Small issues, but when you say something is a module it implies a certain XOOPS standard.
Please update this module to integrate better with XOOPS system as it looks like a good set of features.
Except for those issues, I got it to work with ease and look forward to seeing how this chat module develops!!

Shoutbox is the most used chat in my opinon.
I've made a chat module too, with ajax : aChat (download here) it's still in beta version, and I shloud work on it next weeks.
