Themes: Birth of the English support for the themes

Hi,
In the article posted by malexandria the 2003/6/10 on www.xoops.org he regretted the lack of English support for the themes xoops.

I work already on the translation of tutorials created on the french version. I hope that this site becomes the "official" site of the new "theme development team".
