You might want to look at the top corners...very busy with gifs. People on 56K won't wait for the site to load. I had to remove the technoblue theme from my earlier XOOPS because several of my sites had a lot of users outside the USA on slower connections.
The more you can do with color, and the fewer gifs and specialized graphic files the better. THe current default XOOPS site is a good example of reasonably fast loading site using color in the design and not alot of gifs, jpgs.

Re: New Theme: BluePhlameI agree with me old mate Dom on this one, you see, I'm on a 56k (I live in shared accom at the mo, on business, will be home soon) and your theme is excellent, but loads slowly, this can put a lot of people off.
I'll soon be on a cable/broad band connection soon, so then it won't bother me. lol
Good work I hope to see more like this.

I would like to make the main menu links white as users can hardly see the black text on blue. The code in the stylesheet i.e.
a {color: Black; text-decoration: underline; font-weight: normal; background-color: transparent;}
a:hover {color: #FF6600;}
I changed the 'Black' to 'White'. This does change the links, but it also changes every other link as well in the body of the main text etc.
Can you tell me how to specifically change the main menu links wthout upsetting the rest of the theme?

I don't know if this is a bug. The top graphics and menu are totally cut off in Netscape. I am using Netscape 7.02 I tried Netscape on your site and it is the same thing

Got it working, took out all similar references above where I found them
Just under the </head> code was an extra call to the the javascript:

I took that out and it worked fine

Another edit:
I am working on a version of this nice theme which suits my needs more as a summer holiday site. It has slightly less graphics--and or a banner or log image at the top if anyone is interested
Edit:
The theme is calling bmp's and PNG's that can cause the page to render slowly. I converted these to much smaller gif's on mine
