This is not the original used in XOOPS graphics, but it's similar. 
I've edited it with Fireworks, (PNG is the native format). It's easy add a graphic and bring some transparency and glow to it.
Re: Blank Admin button for modulesGood news... IE 5.X does render PNG files, as long as the PNG does not use transparency. I can see this blank button just fine.
(Off Topic Note: There is a piece of code you can use that serves as a workaround for IE 5.X to allow tranparent PNG. Search the forum for 'sunsnapper' and PNG for links to this and other PNG resources).
