Edit, ok sorry for the knee-jerk reaction, I just checked the link out. Apparently the only catch is you're not supposed to use it for a file-leech type of site. They have some paid services and they're offering this out of the goodness of their hearts and to get their name around. Looks like it might be a good deal! (heck, I might move my site to it, save a few bucks a month.)

Yes, we do offer free hosting, but not to get our name around... we will never turn to charging our users for hosting...
All we like to ask in return is for the users to contribute knowledge to the community...
We only want to help out new web designers, because i remember trying to find a good host to try out an installation of phpnuke a long long time ago when i was just trying to learn php etc... Well turns out a found a site that was much like mine... it started my web career, so i wanted to give something back...
Its an honest free host by someone that cares
