First of all Heyula, nice theme :)

Secondly, you're using copyrighted images in your work. Please delete them asap (for your own good). It's about those eyes you use in your theme: these are the eyes from Purble Place, a game by Oberon Games installed on all Vista/Windows 7 systems.

Also, the meta generator line isn't correct as it hasn't filled in Xoops but iCMS, can you fix it?

It also seems you took items from another free theme as the licence.html file of your theme is asking certain things you haven't fullfilled:

Seems you aren't even allowed to redistribute this.

Can someone confirm this and take action against this? This isn't the first time, neither the second time...

Can you modify the theme and/or prove me wrong?

This is because he modified one of mine themes and this theme was from siteground.
I had to include the siteground licence in the theme.

If the theme is not from siteground you can delete the licence.

This is a very nice theme!

Thanks for clearing that up Bleekk, but that still leaves open the question about those eyes.
Can Heyula clear that up?

Indeed Heyula, but can you clear the question about those eyes? Those are copyrighted materials from Microsoft and certainly can't be used under coverage of the GPL. With other words, you should remove those eyes.
