You have this problem because system_block_user.html block (themes/NadorCom/modules/system/blocks/....) contents a smarty variable of mpmanager module which is not installed, you can just remove a code line of the system_block_user.html block that refers to mpmanager, else, you can delete the block.

I have the same problem with a smarty variable of mpmanager module
i remove the code lines just like mr-reda04_fr says
problem fixed...
very nice theme^^
but another two erros came:
