We want to publish on Xoops.org because this is one of the ways to everybody who use XOOPS knows about it & can win one of the gifts...Where is the problem?
Don't see ghosts where have actions. If XOOPS Team aren´t not agree with this, delete all info about it. I´ll do contest with or without Xoops.org, i don´t understand where is the real problem.

Please it's not mandatory, at least for spanish users. It's a suggestion, don't go for wrong way.
We will remove the theme. One theme of the contest goes to jwele.es.

I wrote "Please" because it should sounds kidly. I can also write "You have to keep ..." There is also a licence.txt in the download file. I would not say that if there were no credits, but there are credits in the footer.

Xoops.org moderators are fine with it, and therefore I'm fine with it also.

BTW, i read and speak spanish and there no business going on in that contest,they have just some weird rules, but WTF , those are their prizes and at least they are promoting XOOPS by just using it.

in my case,i once made a few paid themes and modules for XOOPS (xdigitalnet themes and modules), but always got yelled, like "anything XOOPS related should be for free...yarayarayara" etc...
so, i stoped doing anything xoops.

I just read the news of your hispaxoops contest, I have seen that a user wanted to enter the contest, he is German and written in English on your page. you said that hispaxoops only Spanish is spoken and you've done to translate the text. if you don't like English spoken in your contest, I think you don't advertise on xoops.org
