hi everyone,
I've created a category module.

You can link News to a category, so you can access them by topic (in the demo:offices), or by category (in the demo:procedures, users list...), like phpnuke.

Good work, even if, this module, is more similar to function "Archive" of news.
Forse migliorandolo diventerà un vero modulo.

I've never seen that before!

Anyway, bdcategories add a secondray category level for news, instead Topics relates to 'topic' field in news module.

there is a smallbug, too: I suggest before installing it, change in xoops_version.php

from:
$modversion['name'] = _MI_SECTIONS_NAME;
to:
$modversion['name'] = _MI_BDSECTIONS_NAME;
for example.

and change this var name in related language files, too.

If not fix this, you module administration page will not show right informations on Sections Module

If you could look in sources or even tried to install it, you could easily understand that it has no relation with Topics module. It looks like to be a fork of some Sections feature together with PhpNuke-category engine.
Of course, you did not spent one minute on looking at it. Just "click" and say:

I've installed this module before to write my comment and i've look that It's similar to topics module and it has similar options!
The code is different, ok, but at first impression, It's same to topics module!

My "bah" was for to express a my first impression and doubt.
