This module allows you to easily add or remove users from groups. It also allows you to set which group can change each others users, through xoops permissions.

Re: Group Manager
Hey, glad to see kaotik.biz is back online.
Re: Group Manager
This is a great module if you don't want to give site owners full webmaster controls. Some more info in this post
Re: Group Manager
peekay: the version you downloaded from that link has a problem with IE. It's been fixed with the version on downloads section of my site. Just replace groups/admin/index.php to fix it.
Re: Group Manager
Many thx. Updated.
Re: Group Manager
when i click on the groups/admin/index.php i get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
Re: Group Manager
I was just about to translate the module, but then I was somehow confused: There are no language files. Why is all this hardcoded? It's very painful to go through each code line... (and I well remember your yery good tutorial on creating a module )
addition: I've just found the modified files by gigaphp (thanks! )and translated the language files. Available for download from my site XOOPS-Buch.de
Re: Group Manager
Ups!! My bad! Sorry about this. There is now a version 1.01 available on my site with this corrected. Thanks to GibaPhp for this. gerard1967: did you download the module from my site or from a link available on this forum? There was an error in the module from the forum link that stopped the module from working properly in IE.
Re: Group Manager
yea i have tryed the new one of your site as well and it still does not work when i click on it just a blank page .
and im useing IE 7
Blank Page
Same here! When I click on the admin link, I get the modules menu on the left with a blank area on the right.
using FF 2.0.0.6 on linux.
Re: Group Manager
Welcome back kaotik!!!
Your new module is very nice and usefull
Re: Blank Page
about blank page: do you have php debug turned on? do you get any php warning, notices? what version of XOOPS are you using? What's your php version?
Re: Blank Page
I set error_reporting to E_ALL, and I am still getting a blank page, no warning , no notice XOOPS Version: 2.0.17 PHP Version: 5.2.3
Re: Blank Page
do you have php debug turned on in xoops/system admin/preferences?
Re: Blank Page
when I turn it on, I get a completely blank page. If it is turned off, I can see the header and the menu on the left, but without the javascript submenus, and the right part is a white area.
Re: Blank Page
the German translation of revised 1.01 is available for download on my site (complete package only): XOOPS-Buch.de
I've also added a German readme.
Re: Blank Page
hmm.... no php notices or warnings... without those it will be hard to troubleshoot.
markesh: thanks for the translation.
Re: Group Manager
