On your site it says to "inquire if you want to commercial use". Unfortunately, your inquiry page is in Japanese (?), and I can't read it to submit a proper inquiry.
Most sites that I do that are "commercial" are very small businesses who can't afford large expenses, and I help them for little or no money. I need to know what your terms are so I know whether I can offer your themes to them.

To bad, I was planning to use this theme on some sites.

Is it a problem that the right column laps over the center column?
If it is so, coping process I think, to change width of rightcolumn and to change right margin of centercolumn that exists in style sheet.

Does this have to be set in absolute px, can it not be set in percent or so? Wont you always have problems if you use it on different screensizes if it is set in absolute px.

In the US, many martial arts dojos have websites. I would ask you to consider making some themes for dojos in that uniquely Japanese style. I am certain they would be utilized. Many shinryu and koryu ryuha are represented over here and have websites. XOOPS is a perfect platform for them.
