you created the buddy list template with PHPSESSID included. remove the hidden PHPSESSID inserts from the form, as well as any url references to PHPSESSID. this is auto-inserted by xoops, to my knowledge.

Re: Buddy List Module install errortom, don't bother with it yet. this early release should *not* have been released. as-is, it's not in a useable state, it has to be cleaned up and modified to even be useable, and once it is useable, i'm having trouble imagining what it could be used for (but maybe i just don't have enough of an imagination :-X lol)
i would wait for something resembling a final release, because this module is VERY basic.
