Hmmm Catzwolf speaks japanese?

I just saw some french user posted another Blog module which seems pretty cool..

It was published in the news but then removed due missing english language files.

I am quite lost on what can this module do..
whats the advantage over the previous weblog module?

i think the one that mysteriously disappeared last nite was for members to set up their own blogs and it takes users off site, but not sure.

Why it's a good message ... WordPress Xooped

WordPress is a very comfortable blog with a growing communtiy, has user-permissions and what is really important Categories and much more the moblog-feature.

Sending an E-Mail is the easiest way for Dummies in PC & Internet to post any content to cms & internet - it's the killer-app for every community.

A widely featured moblog will make internet communities open for everyone who can use E-Mail, but has nothing to do with Internet, e.g Senior People.

And very exciting is mobloging via MMS by Mobile Phone (TExt-messages & pictures). In minutes all people are connected to an event while e.g. staying alone at home etc.

Well, noone would believe Catzwolf as an japanese. But he must be one, isn't it. What does Catzwolf say.

What blog do you mean, where's the DL-Link.

Only interesting if moblog-featured (but not SimpleBlog - works good in japanese but seems not to be hazzlefree in english)

No no, that post on http://www.kowa.org/modules/wordpress/ wasn't done by Catzwolf... The blog's owner is just commenting about that Catzwolf departure post on this Forums. The title is "Catzwolfショック" which means "Catzwolf's Shock".

The WordPress Xooped module which can use in an English environment, was nearly completed.

Is there anyone who wish to try it?

If you might try this, please download it from [here].
(CVS Snapshot Traball)

If it doesn't work fine, please notify me at this site or at my site.

If it works file, I'll release it as Version0.0.3

I use both Blogger and WordPress in different sites and both are very good blog platforms.

However, I've always found that the News module that comes with XOOPS is extremely good as a "blog" platform. It has all the major features a blog should have and, of course, is well integrated into Xoops.

As a matter of fact, one of the biggest remaining complaints against Blogger is that you cannot have categories of blogs. The News module handles this perfectly.

Well, News will be a very good alternative for me, if there were posting by email possible.

There is an old alpha-release from WF to do such things with WF-Sections, but I don't think it works for 2.0.6.
https://xoops.org/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?cid=18&lid=298

WordPress has categories, user-perms and email-posting and more.

Better would be an original xoops-app like NEWS with email-posting feature that will be developped hand in hand with xoops.
