First of all I would like to say happy new year for the xoops community.

Then to begin this year, I released the last version of icontent module, the 4.5. Icontent is a html page management module with a lot of features like url automatic correction, automatic remove of header content, comments, votes, search, page upload, page download, online modification with wysiwyg editor, online creation of page and category, powerfull access management with the xoops groups etc...

I hope you will enjoy this.

OK, I'm sorry to go on about this (to be honest, it's so we're not forgotten!) but I think we need to clarify.....you say WYSIWYG editor....but you really mean WYSIWYG editor for PC users....not Mac users?

I see French and Spanish documentation. Is there English as well?

Very nice module, works fine, thanks for your hard work.

Idealy what I am looking for is a nice article index presentation page for articles. This one is similar to the current wfsections, i.e.

Picure of a folder, and or an Edit:I.E. icon in tabled boxes

Modern sites tend have an article layout like this.

Short introducion to the article, and a small thumbnail image included, similar to how the news module" is presented, with a "read more" facility added. Users also need the ability to lay the articles out neatly in two or three columns?

I hear rumours that the next wfsections will have this, similar to the "gaining mass" website by draven.

If users could edit their own articles that would be terrific too.

What about htmlArea 3? I thought that supported other browsers?

You can modify the pages that are already upload on the website.
Are you planned to develop an upload functionnality ?

I can't open this module to end users.

I think tah html area allows wysiwyg only for ie too...

This has been discussed a million times. HTMLArea3 (repeat HTMLArea3) supports mozilla as well as IE etc etc. Although it is still only in beta - and has been for what seems like forever. The current stable HTMLArea is still an IE only affair.

The XOOPS search function is not picking up my icontent pages. Is there someway to correct this? Any suggestions?
