Problem with Publisher Clones

I'm rebuilding some old website and when you make a Publisher clone it's doesn't make the module image like it used to. I thought it was just a change in the program until I noticed this today

Attention, we failed creating the new module logo. Please consider modifying assets/images/logo_module.png manually!
