module: Addresses 1.5

I am looking for some help installing the Addresses 1.5 module. I am getting the following error. The only other version I can find is 1.7 which is a hack including google maps. I tried this but the map functionality was not working properly. Please let me know if there is another contact/addresses module I should consider. Thanks
