Xortify 4.15 for XOOPS 2.5 & 2.6Honeypot Sentry for preventing SPAM and Malicious Attacks There was notably a problem with form submission in 4.14 version. This has been rectified in 4.15 remember to code into your form a way of submitting training documents etc. We are still looking for a complete reference to swear words in all languages in data form to enable adult mode in the check of spam.
Just quickly what is Xortify, it is a module that works alongside Protector (The other Maluser condom) for XOOPS portals, as well as with the cloud to prevent, spam content as well as malicious signup and other nasties! It works in conjunction with the Xortify.com honeypot, as well as Stop Forum Spam and Project Honeypot!
Follow the installation instruction in the Wiki on Source Forge. We also have a couple more nodes to the cloud starting up (Still Unit Testing) on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace (
http://azure.xortify.com) as well as one in the Asia Pacific on Chronolabs hosting (
https://xortify.labs.coop).
Xortify.com has had it hosting sponsored by ArckCloud.com & ArckInteractive.com that offer full managed hosting and coders to work on your site from time to time. I got in contact with them when I couldn’t afford the renewal fee for TPPWholesale.com.au; They have provided a Virtual Private Machine for Xortify.com and are hosting it in the USA for a centralized route.

https://sourceforge.net/p/xortify/code/12/tree/We will also soon be putting
http://xortify.com under SSL. This will include the API which you will have to alter the communication paths in your copy, or install 4.16 which will do this for you. We will be reviewing the Spiders Module and unlike the other Chronolabs modules which as marked on the Chronolabs project on Source Forge (
https://sourceforge.net/projects/chronolabs/) have been depreciated.
This depreciation is due to the limited resources we are finding due to health and ummph to get modules out. If there is a depreciated module you would like to continue development off, please contact me and I will add you to our co-operatives SVN so there isn’t duplicated resources.
We are no longer using Google Code as it doesn’t allow for the creation of any more downloads. You can download from these spots, but raise issues on Source Forge so we can address them.
