I noticed that most modules now have a social bookmark list but publisher does not

Does anyone know how to add the social bookmarks to Publisher?

Smarfactory used to have a module to do it, but i see that smartfactory is no more

I tried Addthis.com but it only shows the URL and not the name of the article

Probably because Publisher doesn't show the item name in the title tags

This is something I would also be interested in. Even if just Facebook and Twitter buttons for share and like would be awesome.
