huum.
maybe I didnt understand you well.
but only userlog can provide you a counter/view/hit feature for each link/module/all website

what is you page?
If it comes from a module you can set a counter for that module links like this with userlog:

1- add a setting for those people you want to count their views. eg: to count all visitors just add a setting with Unique ID = 0

2- go to userlog > blocks > "All views in site" and check your links to display.

Currently Userlog only can show views/counters for modules/links and not a single URL.

for example in news we only have these typical URLs:

news/article.php?storyid=ITEM_ID
news/index.php:article.php?storytopic=ITEM_ID

so you can select one or both.

I was not aware of this module.
So I give it a go.
The most important issue is: It has nothing to help. no document no tutorial.
But i finally found that it just log all visits of your website from outside referer.

Anyway it has some good ideas.
Now in userlog you can find visits from outside referer by searching !YOURSITE in admin/logs.php referer field.
Also all TYPE should be changed to ENGINE in logcounterx/sql/mysql.sql file if you want to install it.

Ouch! Why would you say that? Which modules don't work?

Roofer, not understanding what you are trying to say here. Go get yourself some spinach and come back and try to restate your problem in a more coherent manner. If you need to just take one issue at a time and build on that.

Lighten up!

He's obviously frustrated and obviously english isn't his first language.

Roofer, can you tell us please what version of Xoops are you using and what modules you are having problems with? That's the first step
