it's really hard to download with chrome from your own site.

there is a continuous loop with no concrete result.

I can not find redmexico theme for admin gui

I'll check the problem...

Redmexico admin gui is included in rmcommon. Please note that is neccesary to install rmcommon in order to use xthemes.

No, the "default" Admin theme was not in /rmcommon/themes

When you downloaded rmcommon, youl get a package with three directories included: docs, rmcommon, and system. You must upload rmcommon and system because into the system folder there exists a theme called redmexico (system/themes/redmexico), this theme enable the rmcommon GUI (all instructions are included in readme file).

When you install rmcommon, rmcommon automatically enable "redmexico" GUI theme, then you can choose your prefered theme for rmcommon.

"default" theme has been removed from themes because some issues in design. I'm preparing a new version of this theme but based on bootstrap in order to maintain compatibilitiy and coherence in all modules.

In near future, designia will be updated based on same principles.

I downloaded rmcommon from svn and I did not know this.

Could you send everything in one folder in svn?

Given that you've released the package in svn, it would be better merge your work in its own version built into the module system, so you do not need to download different files or folders and have more integration with xoops

Great! Thanks for the update.

Question: I don't like the fact that Bootstrap makes everything so big, e.g. when you compare the different version of the Admin GUI from RMC over time, each new edition is getting bigger:

I see the same in Bootstrap-based themes that we have in XOOPS 2.6.0 (both Admin and User side), and I think, it's a waste of the precious screen space, in comparison to the Admin themes in XOOPS 2.5.5 series.

Is there a way to make it tide and small again somehow?

This is no a problem, note that bootstrap can be customized. The base theme is using the default style of bootstrap, but general style can be adapted to different needs.
