So ive used themes in the past that didnt have extra link sections built into the desgine, but this new one im useing has 4 link groups and i dont understand what i edit to add my own custom links there.

This is the theme im useing "Total Management"
https://xoops.org/modules/extgallery/public-photo.php?photoId=1114

The Header Links and the Footer Links seem to be editable so i could change the location of them to goto various other pages, but i just cant figure out what to edit to do that.

Can anyone help me do this right?

I use Notepad++ to edit usually, but i dont know the files ide change.

Thanks

(and yes ive dug through the theme support forums for answers but havent found the right ones)

first off, make sure you go to preferences, general and change
"check templates for modifications" to yes. otherwise you won's see your changes.. make sure to put it back to "no" on your live site.

in your theme folder, go to ... xotpl folder and open xotopheader.html and bottomPan.html and edit your links there.

that's it!!!

hope this helps.

With Notepad++ go to "Find in Files" (a third tab in the Find window, when you press Ctr+F), and search for string like "INFO_LINKS_A" in the theme's directory, and that should show you were the links are, so you can modify them
